This week I would like to invite you to drop control at least once every day. The method we will use is very simple, but can sometimes be hard to do when we begin.

Sit or stand quietly for a moment. Breathe gently in and out a few times, and then accept the present moment completely and absolutely.

This moment has taken billions of years to orchestrate, so as we loosen our grip and control over it, it will continue to be perfect.

Allow this moment to exist and express fully around you, in you and in the world. Relax into, and allow it to happen. Breathe in and out a few times as you feel the weight and heaviness of controlling the moment leave you. Simply be in it.
